We are looking for a Logistics Administrator for our Sao Paulo office to help organise our day to day logistics process efficiently for our UK office.
Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting the warehouse with booking delivery and collections, managing drivers daily routes, arranging shipping documentation for various global locations along with liaising with clients on the progress of their orders. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfilment cycle.
Responsibilities
- Plan shipments based on availability and client requirements.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries/collections.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, carnets)
- Plan technicians travel including flights, hotel transport for international orders.
- Schedule routes for our drivers.
- Provide information to clients about the status of their orders.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator or similar role is ideal.
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems is ideal
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must speak English Fluently
- Must be willing to work UK hours - 9am-5.30PM UK Time
