We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to streamline and scale our product operations, supporting our Product, Engineering, and Growth teams. In this role, you'll own key forums, content systems, and documentation strategies to help teams align, execute, and deliver value faster.

Requirements:
What it takes to succeed:
- Proven experience in product operations, product management, or technical writing within a product-led environment.
- Strong technical writing skills with attention to clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Expertise in Confluence and documentation governance best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ReadMe, Slack, Productboard, Notion, or Figma.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity and solve problems.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and passion for creating order and clarity in complex environments.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product operations, technical writing, or product/project management roles.
- Experience supporting product lifecycle processes and working with data-centric tools and reporting dashboards, ideally in financial services or related fields.

- Own and manage product documentation including internal collateral, release notes, and developer portal content.
- Maintain structured, up-to-date Confluence spaces to ensure easy access and eliminate duplication.
- Facilitate key product forums such as the Demand Approval Forum and Priority Support Forum to align cross-functional stakeholders and support strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality, developer-friendly documentation.
- Drive initiatives to improve documentation hygiene, workflow processes, and collaboration across product lifecycle stages.
- Champion the internal and developer user experience, ensuring content and knowledge systems are intuitive and efficient.
