In this role, you will focus on leading CORE squad responsible for Registration, Onboarding (Digital Account Creation), Send Money from Wallet Users perspective, Profile Management and Compliance Template Updates. Among other functions.
Role Responsibilities
- Create, refine and prioritize user stories/tasks and bugs, ensuring that backlog is clear, detailed and aligned with the product vision. Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to ensure the alignment between goals and development.
- Collaborate with the development team to plan sprint goals and release timelines, balancing scope, time and quality to ensure delivery of valuable features.
- Review stories/tasks and bugs to ensure that they meet the definition of done. Keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges and changes in priorities.
- Collects, analyzes, and documents requirements from stakeholders to understand what they need from a particular project or system.
- Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization within the organization.
Role Requirements
- Experience working with products as a Product Owner or in a similar function.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital operations, strategy, or analytics, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and performance marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for improving customer experiences.
- English is a must
