Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that leverages procurement activities to create market opportunities and generate profits? We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales & Supply Manager to coordinate and supervise the execution of our commercial strategies in the Marine Segment. This role is crucial for monitoring fuel purchase, resale, and delivery, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our Brazilian client base, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify and lead new business opportunities at new and existing locations with new suppliers, driving growth and expansion.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with WFS functional teams (Contract approval, legal, technical) to negotiate supply contracts and follow the WFS contract approval process.
- International Coordination: Act as an interface to other offices for international customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Operational Support: Assist in operational and logistic support as needed, including supplier service, fuel delivery coordination, claims resolution, and customer satisfaction. Maintain all necessary documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Strategic Impact: Lead supply opportunities within Brazilian ports, structuring deals that involve Legal, Tax, and Compliance departments.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High School graduation or equivalent (GED or another certificate) is required.
- Skills and Experience: Proven ability to manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and support operational logistics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
