We are looking for Business Development Coordinator who will be responsible for building and maintaining various business deals with key partners in Latin America. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated person that understands business strategy, modeling, and development.


  • Develop and execute PUBG's business strategy following company goals and objectives closing deals with key partners
  • Follow measurement frameworks and KPIs that link to PUBG business objectives
  • Maintain current agreements for all active licensees and develop new licensees
  • Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Build and present compelling data-rich presentations that translate metrics into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Forecast, allocate, track, manage and be accountable for budgets for LATAM
  • Manage strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

  • 4+ years' experience in video gaming, entertainment or technology-related industries working in business development
  • Fluent English writing and verbal communication skills and native level Portuguese
  • Solid understanding of marketing and social media sphere in LATAM
  • Proven track record of excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Experience in business intelligence tools and analytical and creative thinking
  • Proven exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent LATAM Spanish speaking and writing
  • Passionate gamer and avid PUBG fan
