Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of green screen backgrounds and branding visuals, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks of live game streams to verify branding accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in monitoring game incident settlement processes to ensure fairness and correctness.
- Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to identify and report visual or operational issues.
- Follow established protocols to assist in maintaining game fairness and transparency.
- Document issues and support corrective actions to improve visual presentation and incident handling.
- Participate in training to stay updated on branding standards and incident settlement procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live casino operations or related roles.
- Interest or experience in quality assurance, compliance, or technical support within gaming industry.
- Strong attention to detail and good observational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
