Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Technical Writing or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.

Job title:
Create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports clinical informatics solutions and enhances healthcare delivery.
Your role:
• As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our products and the users who rely on them, ensuring that our solutions are well-documented, compliant, aligned with customer needs and easy to understand.
• You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, guides, IFUs, customer releas notes, and training materials.
• You will also contribute to the localization and translation process, ensuring that documentation is linguistically and culturally appropriate for global markets.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized, accessible documentation repository to support internal teams and external users.
You're the right fit if:
1. You have proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in healthcare, clinical informatics, or regulated industries.
2. You have excellent writing and information design skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
3. You hold a degree in Technical Communication, Health Informatics, or in Languages and Literature with a focus on linguistics, translation, or technical writing, or a related field.
4. You are familiar with clinical standards and terminology, and comfortable working in cross-functional, global teams.
5. You have proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
