The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying and managing creators for organic and paid social campaigns, primarily focusing on day-to-day outreach, communication, and relationship building.
📍This role is open to anyone based in LATAM Time Zone
⏰You must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST.
Who we are looking for
Required:
- Proven 3+ years hands-on experience in running successful influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong ability to analyze influencer performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Practical experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing a diverse network of creators across platforms.
- Excellent team and relationship management skills, with the ability to provide feedback and foster long-term partnerships with creators.
- Expertise in building and scaling influencer outreach processes to efficiently manage large campaigns.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram and current trends to drive high-performing influencer content.
Responsibilities
Creator & Influencer Management
- Creator Matchmaking: Identify, recruit, and onboard creators (both from within the Insense marketplace and external networks) for client campaigns.Match creators to client needs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and target audiences.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.Assess content performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to creators to maintain quality standards.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key creators and influencers to encourage long-term partnerships.Support the growth of an internal roster of high-performing creators to ensure consistent quality and availability for campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Participate in initiatives (events, feedback sessions, perks) that keep creators engaged and motivated to work with Insense.
Campaign Execution & Collaboration
- Collaboration with Senior Team: Work under the guidance of the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to ensure campaign strategies are executed effectively. Align creative direction with Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, ensuring content is on-brand and optimized for campaign objectives.
- Day-to-Day Coordination: Coordinate with creators to handle briefs, negotiate rates, and manage deliverables.
- Ensure seamless communication with internal teams and clients regarding campaign updates, feedback, and performance insights.
Scaling Outreach Capabilities
- Broadening the Influencer Network: Conduct outreach across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to maintain a steady pipeline of diverse creators.
- Refine and improve the outreach process to increase efficiency and scalability
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Data-Driven Approach: Track campaign performance (clicks, views, engagement), interpret data, and provide insights to optimize future influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
