We are seeking a Logistics Leader to join our team. Based in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational activities of fractionation, separation, and loading are carried out according to established procedures, providing the necessary resources and/or acting as a liaison between the service provider and the Company.
You will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the separation and preparation of products for loading. Monitoring the transportation of products from production to the storage location. Ensuring the organization, stacking, and/or arrangement of products in the storage area, and managing the shipment of products from the storage location to the transported vehicles.
• Providing the necessary resources (equipment, supplies, etc.) to the fractionation, separation, and shipping teams to meet safety, productivity, and quality requirements.
• Ensure that the cargo loaded into vehicles complies with the packing lists to allow the vehicle to leave.
• Work directly in the administration of the service provider, analyzing the fractionation, separation, and loading activities, evaluating the services provided (OEE, productivity, etc.), and requesting improvements when necessary.
• Ensure the correct transfer of products from production to finished goods inventory, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Analyze any nonconformities found, provide appropriate disposition, and work on the root cause to eliminate them.
• Internal Customers (production) - Ensure smooth flow in the raw material supply process for production, avoiding product backlogs in logistics and disruption in the factory's production process.
• External Customers - Ensure that the entire fractionation and separation process is carried out, ensuring product quality, technical specifications, and delivery time meet the end customer's needs.
• Employee requests, adjust working hours, and daily attendance.
• Performs daily checks on transfers and non-conformities.
• Responsible for measuring operator performance and logistics machine productivity, as well as seeking to improve production processes focused on quality and increased productivity.

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
• At least 3 years' experience in logistics and transportation distribution preferred.
• People management.
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
• SAP system knowledge preferred.
• Basic English and Spanish preferred.
• BI system knowledge preferred.
• S&OP knowledge.
• Knowledge of raw material distribution and supply and process control.
• Knowledge of products and packaging, inventory sizing, and forklift/pallet truck operation.
