The position of Manager, HRBP has the role of partnering with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the company's strategic growth.
Your Impact
- Influence and build relationships with people around the business.
- Acts as strategic change management facilitator.
- Talent Acquisition: Analysis hiring needs, develop hiring channels, ensure openings be filled with best quality, efficiency and cost
- Organization development: Partner with business leaders to develop organization structure to fit business strategy
- Talent Management: Deliver training & development programs, conduct talents review and succession planning, identify key talents
- Employee Engagement: address activities to improve employee engagement/ recognition
- Manage Performance: Facilitate the engagement of managers in the annual performance management process
- Employee reward and discipline: Facilitate the employee reward process, deal with employee issues
- Comply with company EHS rules and regulations
- Employee Cost Management and Budget Management
Your Experience and Qualifications
Complete undergraduate degree required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or advanced degree in a behavioral field) preferred.- Several years of experience as an HR generalist and with HR Business.
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Desirable experience with Finance.
