We are looking for an organized and collaborative Marketing Analyst to join the in-cosmetics Latin America team. You will support the execution of our marketing plan, working closely with agencies, media partners, and internal teams. This role involves taking care of communication materials, tracking deadlines, and assisting in promotional activities to ensure the success of our show.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare briefings, follow up, and approve marketing materials with agencies and internal teams
- Approve and schedule social media posts across platforms
- Monitor the marketing schedule and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Prospect and maintain relationships with partner organizations
- Prospect and maintain relationships with media partners, including barter agreements
- Support the execution and tracking of the media plan for event promotion
- Manage the payment process
Onsite (during the events)
- Support the execution of marketing activities in real time, including social media coverage and photography coordination
- Assist with branding checks across the venue to ensure visual consistency
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for last-minute adjustments and activations
- Provide support to PR and media partners, ensuring their onsite needs are met
- Help manage partner activations and sponsor visibility according to contracted deliverables
- Support visitor and exhibitor communications during the event
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or the cosmetics/personal care industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work with agencies, media, and partner organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage
Work format: Hybrid – 2 days per week at the office in São Paulo (Bela Cintra), except during events, when we meet in person for the entire duration
