Lead the digital acquisition strategy for Lalamove in Brazil, ensuring sustainable user and driver growth. Oversee and integrate the brand’s communication projects and campaign production to a cohesive strategy through all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the paid media strategy across multiple platforms (DV360, Meta, Google, UAC and programmatic partners)
- Deliver on KPIs such as FTU, CAC, and lead generation
- Coordinate initiatives with regional teams, functional departments, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze performance data and propose experiments, optimizations, and continuous improvements
- Supervise and guide the performance analyst, ensuring quality execution and development
- Manage monthly forecasts and media planning in alignment with budget
- Support the planning of Lalamove’s brand communication calendar
- Oversee end-to-end campaign production (briefing, creative development, reviews)
- Supervise content execution across social media, email, blog, and user activations
- Collaborate with design and PR to ensure tone and visual identity consistency
- Act as the main point of contact for integrated brand campaigns, partnerships, and institutional projects
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communication
- Previous experience leading teams (internal or external, such as agencies or freelancers) is required
- Solid background in paid performance marketing (media buying, analytics, optimization)
- Proven experience managing campaigns and communications projects
- Strong analytical thinking, with excellent organizational skills
