THE ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Primary Focus: Client Experience Excellence (This is EVERYTHING to us!)
You'll be the architect of extraordinary client relationships, ensuring each feels like our only client. This role requires someone who genuinely thrives on client interaction and sees relationship-building as an art form.
Your Client Leadership Responsibilities:
- Design and implement systems to deliver exceptional experiences across our entire client portfolio
- Build unshakeable trust and long-term partnerships that turn clients into advocates
- Proactively communicate with clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident
- Create scalable processes that maintain intimate, personal touch even as we grow rapidly
- Lead client strategy sessions and become their trusted advisor for growth
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that generate measurable, scalable results
- Drive lead generation through innovative campaigns (Facebook groups experience is a major plus!)
- Create compelling copy and content that converts prospects into clients
- Build and optimize our entire marketing funnel from awareness to close
- Establish Ride The Wave as the dominant thought leader in our space
Team Leadership & Culture Building
- Lead, develop, and inspire a growing team of 10+ marketing professionals
- Recruit A-players who share our commitment to excellence and client obsession
- Create accountability systems and performance standards that drive exceptional results
- Mentor team members and create clear paths for career advancement
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and relentless execution

Client Relationship Mastery: You've successfully managed 25+ clients simultaneously and loved every minute of it

EST Availability: You can work core EST business hours and be responsive to urgent needs
