Playtech’s São Paulo Office / Studio is looking for a proactive Office Administrator with excellent organizational and communication skills to support the smooth running of our local operations.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure the São Paulo studio runs efficiently.
- Manage relationships with service providers and contractors (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security).
- Coordinate facility-related tasks including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics.
- Assist in managing contracts and service agreements.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, including occasional out-of-hours support.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on people-related matters and office events.
Qualifications

- Bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Facility Manager or similar role.
- Are fluent in Portuguese and have intermediate English skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, proactive, and open-minded attitude.
- Have experience in contract and service management.
