- rive and execute specialized processes related to sales models and partner commissioning queries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. C
- oordinate and implement effective solutions in collaboration with various internal teams to guarantee partner satisfaction and seamless operational flow. A
- ddress and resolve regional and global partner or stakeholder escalations with efficiency and professionalism, maintaining high standards of service and relationship management. D

Partner Services Hub (PSH) is a global hub that empowers SAP partners to grow and simplify their business by delivering a personalized range of value-added services with scalability. In São Leopoldo, the Partner Support Specialist is a partner facing role within Partner Support team, mainly responsible for handling partner support queue and for being the first line responders of queries coming from SAP Partners in Americas. Their primary goal is to handle volume of partner queries in an efficient way, providing quality support within the expected SLAs. They can also act as contributors to internal projects and handle specific processes
