We are seeking an Partnership Manager in the Europe who will play a crucial role in managing relationships with key clients and will ensure the company's products and services are effectively delivered to them.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including casinos, online gaming platforms, and other gambling-related businesses.
- Identify opportunities to expand the company's services within existing client accounts by understanding their needs and proposing relevant solutions.
- Stay up to date with the company's products, understanding their features, benefits, and limitations to effectively communicate them to clients.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Analyze client data and performance metrics to provide insights, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure that clients are in compliance with applicable gaming and gambling regulations and assist them in maintaining compliance.
- Regularly update clients on new product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, working closely with internal teams to resolve any challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of the gaming and gambling industry in the European market, including regulations, market trends, and competitors, is essential.
- Previous experience in account management or a related client-facing role is highly desirable.
