About the Role/The Team:  

We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager, Latin America, to lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of integrated marketing efforts across the region. This role combines visionary leadership with hands-on management of tactical programs, requiring a unique blend of commercial acumen, regional expertise, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate will serve as both a strategic architect and executional lead, developing market-relevant go-to-market plans, overseeing their rollout, and ensuring measurable impact across channels including events, digital platforms, content, email, and social media. This position plays a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting pipeline generation, and driving customer engagement in key markets, with a particular emphasis on Brazil and Mexico.

The Marketing team has a variety of experience in Product, Campaign, Operations/Analytics, Digital, and Events Marketing, creating a rich base of resources and knowledge for you to learn from and contribute to. Your colleagues in the Sales, Product, Market Outreach, Communications, Analytical, and Research & Development teams have deep expertise in the capital and credit markets alongside focus areas including private markets, emerging markets, sustainable finance, and de-centralized finance.
