We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager, Latin America, to lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of integrated marketing efforts across the region. This role combines visionary leadership with hands-on management of tactical programs, requiring a unique blend of commercial acumen, regional expertise, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate will serve as both a strategic architect and executional lead, developing market-relevant go-to-market plans, overseeing their rollout, and ensuring measurable impact across channels including events, digital platforms, content, email, and social media. This position plays a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting pipeline generation, and driving customer engagement in key markets, with a particular emphasis on Brazil and Mexico.

Responsibilities and Impact:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and own the go-to-market strategy for Latin America, aligning investments with business goals and market growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted marketing advisor to regional commercial leaders, helping to shape pipeline generation, product uptake, and brand positioning.
- Develop regional marketing roadmaps, balancing global initiatives with localized priorities that reflect market maturity and competitive context.
- Conduct market and customer insight analysis to inform content direction, campaign themes, and channel strategies.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure campaign relevance, brand consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Lead performance measurement and campaign reporting, turning insights into ongoing improvements.
- Identify strategic third-party events in the region.
Operational Execution:
- Execute integrated marketing programs across the region, including email, website updates, social media, webinars, podcasts, and newsletters.
- Manage hosted and third-party event logistics from planning to delivery, including budgets, timelines, content, and speaker coordination.
- Oversee localization of global campaigns and digital assets (Spanish and Portuguese), coordinating translations and region-specific edits.
- Maintain and update regional web pages, landing pages, and SEO content.
- Coordinate regional content production (e.g., audio, editorial) and distribution schedules.
- Utilize platforms like Pardot/Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent, and CMS tools to build, deploy, and track campaigns.
- Compile and report campaign metrics (e.g., email performance, registrations, MQLs, conversions) to measure effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 7+ years of strategic marketing experience in financial services
- A bachelor’s degree (Marketing, International Business with Marketing, Integrated Marketing Strategy & Communications are a plus); an advanced degree is helpful.
- Marketing expertise in go-to-market planning, persona development, segmentation, messaging, and full-funnel engagement strategies, content marketing, SEO, digital campaign workflows, and webinar/event coordination.
- Familiarity with marketing execution platforms: Pardot/Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent, CMS, and UTM tracking frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Latin American financial markets (particularly Brazil and Mexico), buyer behavior, and regulatory context.
- Understanding of ESG, Sustainable Finance, and how these themes play across the Latin America market.
- Must be fluent in Portuguese (required), fluent in Spanish (preferred), proficient in English.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of translating insights and market data into clear, actionable plans.
- Project Management: Skilled at prioritizing, coordinating, and delivering complex marketing initiatives.
- Executional Precision: Comfortable with tactical marketing delivery and managing details without losing sight of broader goals.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong command of marketing metrics, reporting dashboards, and optimization practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across cultures and executive levels.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and work effectively in matrixed, global organizations.
- Adaptability: Comfortable shifting between long-term planning and short-term execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovation: Curious and proactive, with a drive to test, learn, and improve continuously.
