Position: Sales Manager (Bioethanol)

Location: Brazil – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and expand relationships with key accounts in the corn ethanol industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  2. Develop and execute channel management strategies to optimize distribution efficiency and market coverage across Brazil.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical and production teams) to address customer needs and drive sales performance.
  4. Identify market trends and opportunities in the industrial enzyme sector, contributing to business growth plans.

Qualifications:

  1. Professional Background: have experience in specialty chemicals or ingredients; prior exposure to enzymes is a significant added advantage.
  2. Skills: Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the corn ethanol industry is an added advantage.
  4. Education & Technical Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree,A technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions with clients.
  5. Cultural Fit: Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.
  6. Open to frequent traveling up to 50%.
