We are recruiting a Senior Events Exceutive to join our Public Fundraising team.
Job Title: Senior Events Executive
Location: Homeworking with a requirement to work at Head Office (Vauxhall, London) 1-2 times per week
Salary: £34,093.64 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting allowance if applicable
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Join Refuge as a Senior Events Fundraising Executive and help us grow our events portfolio to raise vital funds for women and children escaping domestic abuse. You’ll lead on our largest events like the London Marathon and our biggest virtual challenges, contributing to a team income of over £1 million.
With experience in events, you’ll deliver exceptional supporter journeys that are personal, motivating, and meaningful. You’ll shape strategies to recruit, engage, and steward participants, boosting both immediate fundraising and long-term supporter value.
