Position Summary:
Support the Customer Service & Logistics department by executing daily reports and assisting the team with requests.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of CS&L processes through a comprehensive understanding of the process and meeting the demands of internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Create, analyze, and prepare reports based on data extracted from various sources (SAP, DOMO, and internal data).
Identify and develop automation and reports that contribute to monitoring, analysis, and daily routines.
Interact with the entire Hill's team (various areas) to seek improvements and provide support in activities.
Required Qualifications:
Being currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related courses;
Knowledge of Google tools;
Intermediate Excel knowledge (formulas, charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Intermediate English
Minimum education required: December 2026
Desired Requirements:
Analytical skills
Basic programming knowledge;
Knowledge of SAP, Excel macros, scripts, DOMO.
