Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by responding to customer inquiries, assisting potential customers, and closing sales. This role requires effective communication and coordination with channel partners, as well as maintaining accurate records within Salesforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, coordinate with channel partners, and close sales
  • Keep Company management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce
  • Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required
  • Conduct product demonstrations via the internet to potential customers' audiences that are both technical and non-technical
  • Provide Company Management with information about the local market opportunity and identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Passion for selling (IT industry background preferable)
  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
  • Demonstrable record of sales success against quota
  • Knowledge and experience of networking technologies and overall Company business environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and SalesForce
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required
