Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager in Digital Marketing to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Reporting to our Client Partner, you'll be directly responsible for supporting the management of a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients business objectives and how our work delivers to support them. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow.
- Manage timelines, demands, and strategic alignments for digital campaigns and content.
- Oversee the development of materials in collaboration with the creative and planning teams.
- Propose strategic and innovative solutions for the brand on social media.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate result reports.
- Identify growth opportunities for the account and suggest new strategies.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Account Management (preferably in an agency).
- Knowledge of social media, digital formats, and market trends.
- Familiarity with project management tools and digital platforms.
- Experience with digital accounts and social media.
- Experience with paid media and influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and excellent interpersonal relationships.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
