What We are looking for
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Novibet, you will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition through a comprehensive digital strategy, focusing on Social Ads, PPC, and Programmatic campaigns. You will optimize marketing performance by tracking and improving key KPIs such as CAC, CPA, FTDs, ROI, and CLV, while collaborating closely with the Global Performance Marketing team to ensure strong results. You will also work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to develop cohesive and effective marketing materials.
What you will work on
- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
- Manage online campaigns across various platforms including PPC, Social Media and Programmatic.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Identify and leverage partnerships that will enhance our digital marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across various digital channels.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing focused on acquisition campaigns.
- Proven experience with SEO, PPC, social media and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing data and developing actionable insights.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
- A results-driven approach with a customer-focused attitude.
