As part of our team, you'll work with skilled strategists, visionary creatives, and data-driven analysts to shape impactful campaigns that align with business goals. - Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand metrics among non-users and current users in AMS.
- Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end execution, including project plan, cross-function alignment and success measurement (using analytics and data to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement).
- Define the project plan, campaign objectives based on data, target audience and size, main KPIs, core narrative, estimated budget, previous insights, among other definitions. Provide direction to different teams: media, creative, strategy and analytics, social, and communications. Act as a maestro, orchestrating all components of the overall campaign.
- Manage overall campaigns: timelines, resources, define roles and responsibilities among teams, communicate campaign progress, define measurement plan, share learnings, among others.
- Be able to influence cross-functional teams when managing large scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.
