The Sales Business Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of NielsenIQ’s Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) portfolio across its full range of solutions. This role focuses on generating profitable revenue, amplifying client awareness of SA&I offerings, and serving as the voice of the customer (VOC) to ensure strategic alignment. In addition, the Sales Business Manager will lead overall sales efforts by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients within their scope. This includes building a sustainable sales pipeline, identifying new revenue streams, and engaging with emerging budget holders to unlock long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Expand Client Footprint: Penetrate new divisions, functions, and C-suite levels to broaden SA&I reach.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Uncover incremental revenue streams and deepen consultative client engagements.
- Position SA&I Value: Effectively communicate SA&I solutions, aligning them with client business challenges and KPIs.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts as needed.
- Represent Full SA&I Portfolio: Advocate for all SA&I services in a solution-agnostic manner, leveraging regional cluster expertise.
- Lead Proposal Development: Own the creation of tailored responses and proposals for non-inbound sales, with support from cluster experts, Product Specialists (PS), and Client Services (CS).
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Cluster Experts, Product Leads, Operations) to evaluate feasibility and commercial viability of study approaches.
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Coordinate resources across delivery, operations, and finance to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Ensure Process Compliance: Adhere to internal processes, including profitability guidelines, CRM tracking, and operational protocols.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Work-related strong experience (Consulting / Analytics & Insights / Sales)
- Sales skills and expertise in target scope
- Understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services and solutions
- Understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers
- Advanced English
