Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and new equipment acquisitions.
- Coordinate shipments and returns for loan-to-contract and demonstration purposes.
- Coordinate all current loan-to-contract agreements with Commercial and Legal teams.
- Track and control equipment inventory in collaboration with Planning and Commercial teams.
- Monitor equipment processes from purchase to local inventory release.
- Report equipment backorders, negotiate deadlines, and track deliveries.
- Provide internal support to address potential issues in sales orders.
- Consolidate Forecast vs. AOP for Brazil's Commercial Leadership team.
- Support the e-commerce marketing team.
- Handle customer registration and inquiries about new products.
- Issue documents for internal and external customers.
- Submit documents for legal review.
- Manage the email inbox, ensuring responses within 24 business hours.
- Enter purchase requisitions for sales team requests.
- Process monthly payments to suppliers and manage workflow.
- Verify market prices by submitting three invoices per item.
- Send weekly reports of open quotes to the sales team.
Requirements

- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Ability to solve practical problems under pressure.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Preferred: English and Spanish proficiency.
