What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP Field Service Management iXp Intern – Product Support
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil
Expected start date: September 2025
As a Product Support Intern, you will:

- elp solve customer challenges by analyzing and resolving known issues R
- esearch and provide solutions using Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), documentation, and configuration review C
- reate and update KBAs to share knowledge and collaborate with peers through forums and team discussions P
- articipate in training sessions (virtual and in-person), mentoring, and self-paced learning to build your technical and business expertise W
- hen needed, escalate technical issues to development teams S
- upport our customers via real-time communication channels
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

- ctively enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (from 2nd semester and with at least 24 months remaining before graduation) A
- dvanced English skills — both written and verbal — to engage effectively with global colleagues and customers I
- nterest or ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis N
- o prior work experience is required — you’ll be supported by a mentor and training resources N

Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, CoreSQL, MSSQL) U - nderstanding of business or ERP processes K
- nowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
