LATAM Marketing Coordinator
The LATAM Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with the regional strategy of the Food Division. While the primary focus will be on the Brazilian market, this role will also support other countries across Latin America. The coordinator will work closely with regional teams, local sales, and global shared services to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns in Brazil and other LATAM countries, ensuring alignment with regional strategic goals.
· Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) leaders to adapt messaging and tactics to local market needs.
· Coordinate with global shared services teams for campaign execution, tool usage, and performance tracking.
· Organize and execute webinars, email marketing campaigns, social media activities, and other digital initiatives.
· Coordinate participation in events, trade shows, and food industry conferences, including promotional materials and logistics.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance by channel, generating actionable reports and improvement recommendations.
· Support the sales team with marketing tools and materials that drive business development.
· Manage campaign schedules and ensure visibility for sales and marketing teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field
· Strong project management skills and detail orientated
· Co-ordinate and support translations where required
· Experience of working in regional markets with an appreciation of cultural differences
· Experience of planning and executing successful campaigns
· Ability to digest and report results of marketing campaigns by channel
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, SalesForce, web and other systems an advantage
· Excellent knowledge of English, Spanish and Portuguese is a requirement
