Restaurant Strategy & Operations Coordinator

Whether it's a sandwich, a burrito, or groceries, the Uber Eats team builds technology to connect people with what they want, when and where they want it. Our Strategy & Ops team empowers our regional and local teams through insights, analysis, and thought leadership.

The Restaurant Operations team sits at the nexus of our product, commercial, and operations teams, working to ensure a magical experience to our restaurant partners in Brazil. This team focuses to improve the whole lifecycle experience of the restaurants, handling projects and processes that enable Uber Eats to offer the best possible solution.

• Identify, pilot and run strategic projects related to any part of the lifecycle of our base of restaurants
• Build and maintain internal relationships, such as the sales and account management teams
• Work closely with regional teams to develop and deploy best-in-class restaurant tech, and making an impact on the Brazil P&L
• Develop and optimize our onboarding restaurant process to efficiently operate

• A minimum of 1 year work experience in startup, strategy, operations, analytics, business development, or a variety of other specialty roles with proven track record in quantitative fields
• English and Portuguese proficiency
• Data Driven- While you don't need to be an SQL whiz (it's a plus!) you should be very comfortable driving complex analyses and using data to guide your insights, decisions, and projects
• Stakeholder Oriented- There are over 100 commercial and ops team members who depend on the work you lead and being successful means being able to prioritize and manage stakeholders at scale
• Customer Obsessed- You're building a product that is designed to make us the partner-of-choice for restaurants; this means you must be constantly immersing yourself in their needs and wants
• A Team Player- The work you do will touch many areas, which will require working with many different areas across the business. If you prefer working in silos, this role might not be for you
